Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

We reserve the right to update product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 4–7 days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is shipped.

If a product arrives damaged, you must email us with an unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.
