At Moon 4 You, we handcraft each candle with care, love, and intention. Due to the delicate nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any product after the order has been processed and shipped.
All sales are final.
📦 Damaged or Broken Products
We ensure safe packaging and quality checks before dispatch. However, if your product arrives damaged or broken, we’re here to help!
Please follow these steps to request a refund:
Take a clear unboxing video while opening your package.
Send an email to moon4you25@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Include:
The order number
The unboxing video clearly showing the damage
Photos of the damaged product and outer packaging
Once verified, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement as per availability.
❗ Important Notes
Refunds are only applicable in case of physical damage during transit and only if the unboxing video is provided.
We do not accept refund requests without valid proof (video and photos).
Damages reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
